A dedicated Bloomfield resident, Peter C. Frank serves as the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Bloomfield Community Dispatch. Drawing on his background in journalism, customer service, and the arts, along with legal studies, Peter is committed to bringing rigorous, fact-based accountability to local governance. He believes that an informed citizenry is the bedrock of democracy. As a TBI survivor and mental health advocate, Peter brings a unique perspective on the necessity of accessible, transparent information. But taxes are only half the equation. The other half is how the Town manages the money it already has. And right now, nobody seems to know exactly where that money stands.
